Chief was our pride and joy here and the "founding father" of our program. Not a day goes by where he isn't missed. Truly a once in a lifetime dog (anyone who has hunted behind him will agree). He passed his first hunt test at 6 months old and became the first Pointing Lab to pass the UGA pointing test. He was our main waterfowl dog, retrieving hundreds of ducks and geese a year for me and my buddies. As well as being the go-to, he is a pheasant guide dog and never ceases to amaze our clients as well as me. He has produced a lot of high drive pups that resemble his character and abilities. Pointing may be his genetics but he does it all. Upland, Waterfowl, Sheds and even a blood trail every now and then when we need him.
